Reports to: Managing Partner
Purpose of Role: The Director, Marketing will be a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for elevating the Firm's brand, enhancing its market presence, and driving business development initiatives across all service lines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Firm-wide marketing strategy that supports service line growth, client retention, and overall brand positioning.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, and digital initiatives across all service lines.
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Partner and Service Line Leaders to create targeted marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Guide the development of thought leadership content, including articles, newsletters, videos, and presentations to showcase the Firm's expertise.
- Oversee brand management and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Oversee the Firm's digital presence, including the website, social media, SEO, and analytics reporting.
- Oversee tracking of key marketing KPIs, evaluate performance metrics, and adjustment to optimize ROI.
- Direct and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and marketing budget.
- Stay informed of industry trends and midsize competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent educational experience
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading and motivating high-performing marketing teams.
- Experience working in a professional services environment is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing and business development strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000. Individual salaries within this range will be dependent upon skills, experience, and qualifications.
