Summary:
KITS is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Graphic Designerto join our marketing team. This role focuses on the visual layout and interactive elements of digital interfaces - including apps, websites, and software - while also supporting broader marketing initiatives through compelling, on-brand design. You'll play a key role in shaping our visual identity, bringing brand stories to life through engaging graphics and seamless digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design digital UI elements such as layouts, spacing, hierarchy, buttons, forms, menus, color systems, typography, and micro-interactions.
- Create branded visuals including iconography, illustrations, hero graphics, promo banners, and other visual assets across web and marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and deliver visually cohesive assets that support brand goals.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a unified look and feel across platforms.
- Produce high-quality, fast-turnaround designs for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Stay on top of design trends, UI/UX best practices, and new tools to keep our visual content fresh and forward-thinking.
- Adapt visuals for different audiences, use cases, and platforms while maintaining design consistency.
- Support basic videography projects using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or iMovie, and assist with light video editing needs.
- (Nice to have) Create engaging CSS animations to enhance interactivity and polish.
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000. The final aligned upon salary will be dependent on the successful candidate's relevant skills, experience, and job-related knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 2--4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, UI Designer, or similar creative role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of UI work, marketing design, and motion or animated assets.
- Experience with basic video editing (Premiere Pro, iMovie).
- Familiarity with CSS animation is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing trends is a plus.
