Your Career
As a ServiceNow Enterprise Account Executive, you will take the lead on new account development, critical account management, territory expansion, sales operations, and professional development within the Canadian region. This is a unique position, with high stakeholder visibility, and influence in expanding our ServiceNow offerings and footprint. Your Impact
Establish, develop and grow new business relationships with influential contacts within Key Accounts.
Identify, partner and develop account plans for ServiceNow solution for target territory, actively developing strategies that result in providing the best to our customers.
Responsible for new account development, account management, territory development, sales operations and professional development.
Serve our customers who are located within designated region.
Travel based on client and project needs, including visiting top 25 accounts on a quarterly basis. This may include transporting client, prospective clients, and/or coworkers to various functions.
Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers
Draft proposals and statements of work for solutions.
Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and terms of agreement.
Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms and delivery dates.
Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
Create a business plan outlining how you will manage sales and develop business within the region, including designing innovative marketing events.
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports. Includes providing biweekly forecast.
Communicate with Sales Operations of any and all issues related to billing, etc.
Understand the product and solutions, including attend classes and seminars related to industry, services, and products.
Your Experience
Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience selling ServiceNow solutions for a premier or elite ServiceNow partners, or SaaS competing product
Successful experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients (strong preference in the ServiceNow ecosystem)
Demonstrated ability to generate new business, build relationships, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships
Experience leading multiple concurrent sales cycles from opportunity identification through closure Proven track record of at least 3 contiguous years of achieving or exceeding quota
Exceptional client relationship skills and demonstrated experience developing consultative, influential relationships with executives and other key stakeholders
Education & Certifications
BA/BS degree in Business Administration or technology related field preferred, or equivalent experience
This position may require occasional travel, both domestic and international, as part of the job responsibilities.
