Position Overview

Ortho Active is seeking an individual to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a customer-facing role, which will provide ideal experience in a healthcare environment with a sports medicine, bracing, orthotics \& prosthetics distributor. This is an office-based role in Coquitlam, British Columbia. The ideal candidate may be a recent graduate from kinesiology seeking a growth role, with an opportunity for learning, coaching, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be talking directly with customers and working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to:

Provide an excellent experience to our customers via phone, email, and online.
Act as a primary point of communication to answer technical and clinical questions regarding products
Provide pricing and shipping estimates
Process sales orders
Engage in proactive customer outreach via phone
Working closely with Marketing and Sales teams

Qualifications

Mandatory: Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, Health Sciences (or equivalent)
Preferred: Fluency in French (written and spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas.
Previous office or administrative experience is preferred
Friendly and professional demeanor
