Position Overview
Ortho Active is seeking an individual to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a customer-facing role, which will provide ideal experience in a healthcare environment with a sports medicine, bracing, orthotics \& prosthetics distributor. This is an office-based role in Coquitlam, British Columbia. The ideal candidate may be a recent graduate from kinesiology seeking a growth role, with an opportunity for learning, coaching, and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be talking directly with customers and working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to:
- Provide an excellent experience to our customers via phone, email, and online.
- Act as a primary point of communication to answer technical and clinical questions regarding products
- Provide pricing and shipping estimates
- Process sales orders
- Engage in proactive customer outreach via phone
- Working closely with Marketing and Sales teams
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, Health Sciences (or equivalent)
- Preferred: Fluency in French (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas.
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferred
- Friendly and professional demeanor
