**What will you do?

Business Development Support**

Assist in identifying new partnership opportunities through research on potential partners and market trends
Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective partners to present our value proposition and capture customer insights

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Onboarding, and Account Management teams to support partnership initiatives and merchant onboarding
Streamline and facilitate communication across departments to ensure an efficient onboarding experience and strengthen the overall partner experience

Partner Relationship Management

Maintain regular contact with partners to nurture long-term relationships and identify merchant onboarding opportunities
Collect partner feedback on growth potential, market competition, and other key insights to help inform strategic decisions

Sales Progress Reporting

Keep HubSpot and other internal systems updated with accurate partnership status, new leads, and pipeline opportunities.
Provide the Head of Partnerships with clear, timely updates and ensure data accuracy across internal systems including CRM and data analytics tools.

What we are looking for:

1-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related role
Experience with payment solutions is a significant plus.
Excellent communication skills and a knack for building relationships across diverse internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency with CRM tools for managing pipelines and tracking against quotas. Experience with Hubspot is a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems
