**What will you do?
Business Development Support**
- Assist in identifying new partnership opportunities through research on potential partners and market trends
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective partners to present our value proposition and capture customer insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Onboarding, and Account Management teams to support partnership initiatives and merchant onboarding
- Streamline and facilitate communication across departments to ensure an efficient onboarding experience and strengthen the overall partner experience
Partner Relationship Management
- Maintain regular contact with partners to nurture long-term relationships and identify merchant onboarding opportunities
- Collect partner feedback on growth potential, market competition, and other key insights to help inform strategic decisions
Sales Progress Reporting
- Keep HubSpot and other internal systems updated with accurate partnership status, new leads, and pipeline opportunities.
- Provide the Head of Partnerships with clear, timely updates and ensure data accuracy across internal systems including CRM and data analytics tools.
What we are looking for:
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related role
- Experience with payment solutions is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for building relationships across diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with CRM tools for managing pipelines and tracking against quotas. Experience with Hubspot is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems
