Perform handson and billable activities in support of Oracle SCM Cloud or EBS engagements. Facilitate client meetings on a wide range of topics across the core SCM Cloud Modules - Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory, Supplier Portal. Manage project team members to complete project activities to successful completion.
Oversee the delivery of quality deliverables and the delivery of activities per plan. Contribute to defining project strategies for data migration, data integration, reporting, etc. Contribute to overall planning activities for new engagements including scoping, solutioning, estimating, staffing, etc.
Participate in risk and issue mitigation. Engage with and communicate with clients at the leadership level Perform pre-sales activities that include proposal writing, client presentations, etc. Participate as part of the Oracle Practice Canada leadership team to motivate team members and grow revenue for our Canadian Oracle business Engage with our Oracle partner for partner briefings, training opportunities to stay appraised of Oracle product changes and features in order to communicate and advise clients.
Ability to translate business requirements into workable standard or custom solutions Manage a team of direct reports. Oracle SCM Cloud Functional resource with minimum of 15 years of overall Oracle Applications experience that includes at least 5 to 7 years of Oracle SCM Cloud implementation experience. Well versed across core SCM Cloud Modules - Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory, Supplier Portal.
Hands-on implementation or support experience on at least 3 Oracle SCM Cloud projects Detailed understanding of Oracle SCM Cloud setup and architecture Good knowledge of SCM Cloud Integration with other cloud modules like Financials, Projects Accounting, HCM, etc. Good functional knowledge on Data Conversion, Rapid Implementation Spreadsheets, File Based Data Load, Migrations, Inbound / Outbound Interfaces, OTBI Reports
Has least 10 years of implementation experience with Oracle EBS and/or ERP Procurement Cloud (core Procurement, Self-service Procurement, Punch-outs, Supplier Portal, Sourcing) portfolio of products including at least two full life cycle cloud implementation projects Has cross functional knowledge in Source to Pay cycle, including payables, tax modules and order management (for Internal sales orders / transfer orders) Has cross functional experience in implementing and/or supporting Oracle inventory and planning applications, including Oracle Inventory, costing, MRP/ASCP, auto-sourcing rules, approved supplier lists Experience in implementing and supporting large clients, involving multiple product portfolios, world-wide office locations, different legal / statutory requirements Demonstrable strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills Strong business ethics, a great attitude, the ability to think on your feet, and excellent customer skills Being a self-starter with high motivation to succeed
