About the Role:
Reporting to the VP of Global Technology, this role manages the ERP, CRM, and Data Systems teams, leveraging Workday (HCM \& Finance), Salesforce, and Redshift/FiveTran/Looker. You will direct these teams to meet business objectives, ensure timely updates, and maintain data accuracy and scalability. You will be part of the Global Technology leadership team, mentoring your team and fostering cohesion across regions. The role involves planning multi-year system migrations, collaborating on product roadmaps, and driving agile development.
What You'll be Doing:
- Lead, inspire, and manage managers and developers, fostering their growth.
- Develop and execute strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate organization-wide on technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Define policies, processes, and procedures for the department.
- Manage vendor relationships and budgets.
- Ensure data governance compliance.
- Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, managing stakeholder expectations.
- Identify and develop new product ideas, measure performance.
- Oversee project scoping, risk mitigation, and communication.
- Plan and oversee bi-weekly sprints for projects and daily tasks.
- Guide architecture and implementation of scalable solutions.
- Define metrics to assess product success post-launch.
- Communicate team goals and progress across the organization.
- Monitor performance, set goals, conduct reviews.
- Assist in hiring qualified team members.
Desired Skills \& Experience:
- 5 years management experience in a technical environment.
- 3 years managing ERP implementations, especially with Workday in Finance \& HCM.
- Experience with enterprise applications, SaaS, and system integrations (ERP, CRM, ETL, BI).
- Managing ERP tenants, security, deployments, data migrations, etc.
- Understanding of financial processes supported by ERP modules.
- Knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, databases, ETL, and reporting tools.
- Experience managing third-party vendors throughout their lifecycle.
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly.
- Understanding of global data privacy laws and data governance.
- Experience with organizational and IT control processes.
- Change management experience.
