About the Role As our Executive Leader -- Growth \& Operations , you'll take full ownership of scaling the business, optimizing operations, and driving strategic growth. Your mandate is to elevate our reach, deepen our impact, and prepare yourself to step confidently into the President role. What

You'll Do Lead company strategy, operations, and growth with vision and accountability. Identify and act on new opportunities --- markets, partnerships, services.

Build, optimize, and scale operational infrastructure that supports excellence. Represent the organization externally --- with clients, stakeholders, and peers. Partner closely with the CEO during the transition period, then take the lead.

What You Bring A proven track record of driving growth , expanding markets, or scaling ventures. You've always been a natural connector --- through school, in the community, and across every organization you've been part of.

Comfort and credibility at the executive level --- you speak the language of leaders. Strong financial fluency --- you understand P\&L, balance sheets, KPIs, and how to turn insights into action. Experience in the professional services industry is an asset.
