Your New Role:

Investigate, manage, and resolve claims efficiently and in a timely manner.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and authority limits while managing claims.
Support the implementation of the Claims strategy to enable delivery of overall business targets.
Identify and investigate coverage issues to ensure that the company's liability is in line with its contractual commitments.
Reserve accurately to ensure that the Company's liability is always clear.
Respond proactively to messages, advice, and correspondence within agreed timeframes to provide a professional service to brokers and clients.
Manage estimates and billings from clients' service providers and brokers, resolving discrepancies.
Interact regularly with key stakeholders including customers, brokers, and internal partners.
Manage disputed Claims and other material Claims issues to resolve and settle claims economically.

About you:

Experience in handling Casualty Claims (CGL Claims) is required; some experience in Property claims is an asset.
Coaching and mentoring skills.
Knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
Organizational, investigative, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to make balanced and impartial judgments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Relationship Management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong IT skills.
