What You'll Own

Executive Operations

Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, meetings, travel, and priorities
Keep things organized, clear, and optimized for action
Handle confidential information with absolute discretion

Strategic Support

Help prep for key meetings (internal, client, external)
Track follow-ups, deliverables, and high-level projects
Assist in crafting internal and external communications (think memos, briefings, updates)

CEO Enablement

Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal teams
Help reinforce communication across departments
Own special projects as an extension of the CEO

You Bring

3 - 7 years as an EA or Chief of Staff-level operator supporting senior execs or founders
Thrive in fast-paced, high-change environments (bonus: tech, startup, agency, or MSP experience)
Are systems and detail-obsessed ,but also see the big picture
Communicate crisply, both written and verbal
Know when to flag issues and when to just handle it
Can juggle priorities without dropping the mission
