West Coast Cranes Inc. is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Duncan, B.C. We are a dedicated industrial and commercial overhead crane construction company. We pride ourselves on providing crane solutions no matter how big or small.

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual with experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, along with general administrative knowledge. This role involves a wide range of administrative and accounting duties, so accuracy combined with the ability to multi-task is key. You will be assisting the management team and crane technicians in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

About the Role:

Respond to phone inquiries and direct calls.
Contact couriers and accept deliveries.
Prepare and send invoices; verify accuracy and investigate inconsistencies.
Input and process invoice data in AP and AR systems.
Communicate with clients regarding accounts and payment inquiries.
Assist with minor quoting and pricing estimates.
Support with month-end AP/AR reporting and reconciliations.
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and filing.

Qualifications:

Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Comfortable preparing quotes or estimates based on provided pricing structures.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
