About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Business Development and Paid Media Strategy to lead and grow our business development efforts and drive impactful paid media campaigns. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in expanding our client base and delivering exceptional results for our clients. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in both business development and digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid media.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and client relationship building.
Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Paid Media Strategy \& Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media platforms, etc.).
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience analysis to inform campaign strategies.
Manage and optimize ongoing paid media campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI.
A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in business development and digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid media.
Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and exceeding revenue targets.
Experience in developing and executing successful paid media campaigns across various platforms.
SEO experience is a strong asset.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
