About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Business Development and Paid Media Strategy to lead and grow our business development efforts and drive impactful paid media campaigns. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in expanding our client base and delivering exceptional results for our clients. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in both business development and digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and client relationship building.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Paid Media Strategy \& Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media platforms, etc.).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Manage and optimize ongoing paid media campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in business development and digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid media.
- Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in developing and executing successful paid media campaigns across various platforms.
- SEO experience is a strong asset.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
