Leverage ServiceNow HAM module to automate and enhance asset tracking, reporting, and management.

Define data models and establish CMDB integration strategies for accurate asset visibility.

Configure and optimize Asset Repository, Discovery, and Reconciliation processes.

Work with ServiceNow Developers and Architects to customize HAM solutions as per business requirements.

Define automation rules for asset depreciation, compliance audits, and contract renewals.

Implement processes for end-to-end asset lifecycle tracking, including procurement, usage, refresh, and disposal.

Establish vendor and contract management best practices for asset purchasing and renewals.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.).
