Additional Details:
- You will be used to continuously monitoring project budget and forecasting to the individual phase code level and cost type for potential gains and losses
- Ensure third party construction monitoring/testing is being conducted in accordance with contract specifications
- Identify the training needs of field staff is a priority to you and you are comfortable assisting with training where qualified, and support apprenticeship programs as required
- Safety is a priority to you and you can steward the safety of all personnel on the job site and immediately address risks as they arise.
Qualifications
- Ten or more years experience in commercial construction for a large general contractor
- Ten or more years experience as a superintendent for a large general contractor
- Experience with Multi-Family construction
- Health \& Safety Awareness (5 Steps) training required
