Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day operations in a fast-paced food service environment
Ensure top-level customer service, food quality, and hygiene standards
Train, mentor, and manage staff to meet performance and service goals
Prepare schedules and allocate responsibilities during busy periods
Monitor inventory, assist with supply orders, and reduce waste
Enforce food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations
Support with cash handling and daily sales reconciliation as needed
Work ScheduleFull-time role with 8-hour shifts
Flexible availability (mornings, afternoons, evenings)Monday to Friday, with weekend shifts as required
Who Should Apply?Candidates Inside Canada:Currently on a valid PGWP, SOWP, or BOWPAt least 6 months of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant
Located in or willing to relocate to Brampton or surrounding areas
International Applicants:Minimum 3 years of full-time experience as a Food Service SupervisorFrancophone candidates are welcomed, though French is not required
Must be eligible for LMIA or Ontario PNP sponsorshipQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent
English language proficiency (CLB 6 or higher)Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation regulations
