Job Summary:
The Bilingual E-Commerce Administrator is responsible for creating, improving, maintaining and migrating eCommerce stores. The incumbent will assist on multiple projects addressing B2B, B2C and other organizational objectives.
Primary Duties:
- Maintain administrative support for existing ecommerce client stores and distribute tickets in the help desk.
- Construct customer catalogs and products.
- Upload and program finished photos for online representations of products.
- Construct and maintain customer user logins, passwords, allotments, and points.
- Verify and dissect any issues that may arise.
- Maintain and upload employee weekly SFTP files.
- Plan and coordinate the merging of platforms.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Completion of a vocational, technical or business school diploma in a field related to electronic commerce, website content development, or internet and mobile services. Experience in eCommerce, website design, interactive media development, data administration or information systems analysis of minimum 1 year.

- Verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Active listening and talking to others to convey information effectively.
- Analytical and critical thinking -- using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

- Self-control -- maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger and avoiding aggressive behavior even in difficult situations.
- Advanced computer knowledge: MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, Publisher, Photoshop, Filezilla, Blue Cherry, SQL navigation database administration, WebX, Adobe Creative Suite.
