Our client, a leading importer of athletic apparel and accessories, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to add to their growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Generate reports as needed for sales and production departments
- Manage year end inventory files and work with finance and DC
- Manage inventory adjustments with team and finance department
- Invoicing, issuing packing slips with DC - Warehouse
- Work closely with warehouse manager and VP of Sales
- Work closely with production team
- Manage EDI requirements for orders
- Handle delivery reporting and work with VP of Sales and other department heads
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
- ERP Momentis and IT knowledge is a bonus
