Tasks
- Create and manage client files, orders, and export contracts.
- Request credit insurance coverage.
- Ensure the accuracy of documentation related to orders, deliveries, and reservations.
- Coordinate with the system, insurers, freight forwarders, and agents.
- Manage receivables, collections, and commissions.
- Establish and manage credit limits.
- Handle credit insurance and contract renewals.
- Monitor account aging, account statements, and perform collections.
- Manage collections and deposits.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- DEP or DEC in office administration, secretarial work, business administration, estimation, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel - intermediate level).
- Intermediate proficiency in English due to a bilingual customer base (50% of the time).
- Experience in credit (an asset).
