Oversee backlog grooming and collaborate with product owners to prioritize features and requirements.

Drive accountability deep into our organization to follow industry standards and best practices.

Maintain a hands-on approach towards developers as necessary, balancing high-level architectural oversight with team collaboration.
What you need to Succeed:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with experience in enterprise product development.

Experience: 10+ years in UX and UI development, including 5+ years in architectural or leadership roles.

Experience in working with cross functional challenges and interacting with all levels of teams (from development to product management and customers).

Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of modern UI frameworks (e.g., React,

Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and

their associated services.

Strong grasp of accessibility standards and best practices.

Knowledge of process frameworks and best practises like ITIL, IT4IT.
