Perform regular interior patrols to ensure site safety and compliance with museum policies

Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs

Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams

Answer questions in person or by phone

Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Maintain a visible presence to discourage unauthorized or illegal activities.

Complete daily activity and incident reports with accuracy and attention to detail.

Manage crowds, ensuring they remain orderly and safe during events, and exhibitions.

Respond effectively to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or security breaches.

Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras.

Manage entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and granting authorized access.

Be comfortable using security-related technology and systems.

Be authorized to work in Canada

Hold a valid Manitoba security license
