Job Duties
Guards are Customer care Representatives and the first point of contact for staff and visitors. They are responsible for access control in and out of the secured space. This includes CCTV camera monitoring, pass creation, visitor logs, and accepting or sending packages. Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken, with the ability to offer a positive experience for staff and visitors. Successful candidates will be required to perform locks, unlocks, and foot patrols of the interior/exterior of the property and ensure the property is safe from risk. An overall knowledge of computer skills in emails and Microsoft Word is a must. Security experience/customer service experience preferred.
