Studio Coordinator (Project Video Editor Focus)

Since 2012, DanceLife X has been more than a dance studio---we're a movement. We empower people through creativity, self-expression, and community. Now, we're looking for a dynamic Studio Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and wants to grow with a purpose-driven team.
You'll coordinate day-to-day studio operations, support community programs and events, and produce dynamic short-form video content for social media.
- Manage front desk operations: check-ins, payments, scheduling
- Provide top-tier customer service in-person, by phone, and by email
- Support clients with memberships, packages, and studio details
- Schedule and coordinate volunteers and instructors
- Organize studio flow and logistics, including space assignments
- Perform daily tech checks (audio/lighting)
- Coordinate event planning and studio bookings
- Conduct research for new programs, partners, and venue options
- Collect client feedback and compile internal reports
- Shoot and edit short-form social media videos (Instagram Reels, TikToks, etc.)
- Add motion graphics, titles, and branding to dance footage
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns
✔ Strong organizational \& project coordination skills
✔ Excellent customer service \& communication
✔ Experience with short-form video editing for social (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
✔ Knowledge of trends, music syncing \& motion graphics
✔ Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
✔ A passion for dance, creativity, and community
