- Develop manufacturing strategy and execute initiatives to achieve the company's strategic objectives and operational excellence, in the short, medium and long term

- Supported by the Production Department Manager, ensure the management of sound labor relations and the application of the collective agreement
- Ensure the reliability of production equipment by effectively managing the maintenance department
- Work with other members of management to establish a common strategy to ensure the company's growth and profitability
- Préparer your department's operating budget in line with the objectives to be met, and implement cost management initiatives
- Diriger plant personnel and supervisors towards a common development objective, growth and efficiency

- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, metallurgical engineering or operations management
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in team management, within a manufacturing company, including at least 5 years in a supervisory position in a unionized environment
- Very good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing management practices
- Good notions of industrial maintenance, TRG and gap analysis
- Oriented towards continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively in French and English
