Job Description
Our client provides property management services to the rental apartment sector in Southampton Town Centre. They are looking for a working property maintenance manager with multi-trade skills/background, and preferably maintenance management experience within managing hotels/apartment blocks on the maintenance side of things.
You will be working, managing a team, and the works at two of their properties in Southampton, this is for their high-end rental sector, high-end apartment residence, reporting to the establishment's management. You will be managing a team of maintenance operators across the two apartment blocks, including managing budgets, materials, attending meetings, recruiting, managing and planning the works as well as carrying them out yourself within Southampton town centre. You must have excellent IT skills.
This will consist of tasks such as repairs in the tenanted apartments, planned and reactive maintenance, and the refurb of properties when a tenant moves out ready for new occupants to move in, which could consist of full kitchen/bathroom installs and plumbing.
This is a temporary position for 2-4 weeks, could be longer, with more on the tools than office work.
