The Client:

Recognized for its innovative leadership and collaborative culture, the organization is looking for a skilled communications professional to support its CEO through strategic messaging and impactful thought leadership.
What you will achieve in this role:
- Shape and elevate executive voice and thought leadership in alignment with corporate priorities.
- Develop strategic messaging that builds confidence in the organization's vision, reputation, and performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling content across various platforms, including speeches, remarks, internal communications, and digital channels.
- Play a key role in positioning the CEO as a visible and authentic leader, both internally and externally.
- Contribute to high-level communications planning and execution that advances the company's brand and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Messaging \& Writing:
- Craft high-impact speeches, talking points, op-eds, and thought leadership pieces for the CEO.
- Tailor communications for diverse internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and senior leaders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Strategic Communications:
- Support end-to-end development of CEO communications initiatives, including research, writing, editing, and production.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to amplify messages through appropriate channels.
- Contribute to social media content strategy and digital storytelling efforts for the executive office.
Stakeholder Engagement \& Collaboration:
- Work closely with corporate communications, media relations, and internal engagement teams to ensure message consistency.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on matters related to tone, positioning, and narrative development.
What you must bring to this role:
- 8 years of experience in corporate communications, journalism, or agency setting.
- Proven experience writing for executives, including speeches and leadership messages.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills with a strong grasp of tone and brand voice.
- Strong awareness of media, digital communications, and executive social media trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends on occasion as business needs require.
