Optimize trade promotion spend: Analyze and optimize trade promotion spend to ensure effective use of resources and maximize RO

Develop and manage KPIs and metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure RGM effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Communicate insights and recommendations: Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business decisions

Manage and develop a team: Lead and develop two RGM Analysts, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure team success.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field

6+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Sales, or related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability

Advanced analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization. Negotiation experience an asset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis in Tableau/Power BI

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams

Knowledge of the Canadian food and beverage industry, with experience working with consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies
