CHALLENGE
The Client Contact Centre agent's role is to establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective members. Your job is to advise members on how to use products and services and ATMs and help them as needed. You will carry out all steps in the sales process and follow up with members. Client Contact Centre agents must be attentive to member needs and take a proactive approach to managing members while always looking for ways to improve service quality. You will be expected to answer phone calls quickly and efficiently and provide outstanding customer service in high call volume situations.
Client Contact Centre agents take incoming calls and may also be asked to place outgoing calls.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for someone with an attestation of collegial studies in office automation or administration and one (1) year of customer service experience in a financial services or call centre setting, or a vocational diploma in secretarial studies or a high school diploma and eighteen (18) months of customer service experience in a financial services or call centre setting.
Applicants must also have:
- Knowledge of office automation and the Microsoft suite
- Telephone system knowledge and proficiency
- Ability to use new technologies, including web and mobile
- Ability to type 25+ words per minute
Any equivalent training and experience will be considered.
Proficiency in both official languages is required.
