Summary

Water grass seed \& sod using water truck.
Tend to various sites, digging trenches, backfilling, topsoil, seed \& sod installations.
Power rake off sidewalks/parking lots and yards
Operate larger powered machinery and equipment (e.g., 5 ton minidump, dump trailers, chainsaws, leaf blowers, weed eaters, power rakes, concrete saw, jack hammer)
Move backfill material (crushed rock, sand, soil \& sod) with wheelbarrow.
Sweep and tidy work areas to maintain cleanliness.
Conduct needed repairs on equipment or other outdoor structures (e.g., fences, gates).
Class 5 driver's license (Class 3 encouraged)
Experience lawn care preferred. (Installing sod, topsoil \& seed)
Available to work Monday - Friday between 7am to 5 pm \& weekends (If required)
Able to operate a variety of equipment and tools.
Able to lift 20-30 pounds.
Enjoy working outdoors in a variety of temperatures.
Extensive periods of sitting, standing and bending down during shift
Ability to understand verbal directions and closely execute with minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation to work location.
