OSL was established in 2012 in Mississauga, Ontario, to provide clients with customized designed sales solutions in retail, direct sales, merchandising and customer acquisition.
About the role: 12-month contract
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Coordinator is responsible for providing organizational and administrative support within the Payroll Department, ultimately resulting in the process and procedures of internal payroll process.
A little more about the role and responsibilities:
- Support the processing of the bi-weekly payroll for 5000+ employees
- Respond to payroll queries and employee requests
- Manage payroll inboxes and address employees' inquiries in a timely manner
- Processing terminations, new hires
- Assist in reconciliation, validating, assigned projects
- Work closely with HR, Recruitment, and Operations teams
- ADP and excel Reporting
- Issuing and amending ROE's
Required Skills:
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Ability to multitask
- Comfortable in a team environment and communicating with others effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- ADP WFN experience is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as well as in groups Canadian payroll experience
- Effective problem solving, time management and inter-personal relation skills with a positive and supportive tone, attitude, and work ethic
- Highly adaptive, organized, and detailed orientated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
