Responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining food quality and safety, and optimizing efficiency. Responsibilities:Team Management: Supervise and train staff, schedule shifts, provide guidance and performance feedback. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure prompt and friendly service, handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards, enforce regulations, conduct inspections. Operational Efficiency: Manage inventory, control costs, streamline processes. Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training, promote continuous learning.
Prepare paperwork including production and quality reports
