Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop District Managers to meet or exceed business goals
- Manage financial performance and budgeting across multiple sites
- Oversee staffing, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with MTO and OH\&S regulations
- Implement programs to improve safety, productivity, and profitability
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of operations management experience, including team leadership
- Waste industry experience preferred
- Strong background in customer service, health \& safety, and financial management
- Valid driver's license required
