Your Role: More Than Just HR
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you'll be at the center of our people strategy, working closely with leaders and employees to foster a thriving, engaged workplace. This is not a back-office HR role---you'll be in the action, rolling up your sleeves and driving meaningful change.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Recruitment, Onboarding \& Talent Acquisition:
• Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across the company, from sourcing to offer.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop workforce plans, role design, and succession strategies.
• Own the onboarding process design for corporate hires to ensure consistent and engaging experiences.
• Champion employer branding and support efforts to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
- Performance Management \& Coaching:
• Oversee the performance management cycle across the Corporate group, including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, calibration, and year-end evaluations.
• Provide coaching support to leaders and employees to drive accountability and development.
• Help cultivate a culture of continuous feedback and growth.
- Employee Experience Partnership:
• Support the implementation of employee experience and engagement strategies developed by the Manager, Employee Engagement \& Experience.
• Provide insight and feedback on team-level needs and help facilitate the successful rollout of culture and engagement initiatives.
- Policy Development \& Compliance:
• Lead the review, drafting, and implementation of HR policies relevant to the Corporate environment.
• Ensure policies reflect legal compliance, cultural alignment, and evolving business needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for interpreting and applying policy in day-to-day decision-making.
- Training \& Development Support:
• Partner with Corporate leaders to identify development needs and support implementation of individual and team-level learning plans.
• Collaborate with the Employee Engagement \& Experience team to share feedback on training priorities and reinforce leadership development programs.
• Support onboarding learning components and ensure Corporate employees have access to development tools and resources.
• Coach leaders on aligning development goals with performance feedback.
- HR Projects \& Program Execution:
• Participate in and lead special projects that advance People \& Culture priorities (e.g., HR technology rollouts, talent reviews, DEI initiatives, process improvements).
• Contribute to the design and execution of annual HR programs and campaigns (e.g., engagement survey follow-up, onboarding redesign, performance reviews).
- HR Metrics \& Insights:
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and report on program effectiveness.
• Support continuous improvement through feedback collection and outcome tracking.
What You Bring to the Table
- HR Experience: 4 years in an HR generalist, HRBP, or similar role.
- Education \& Certification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. CHRP/CHRL designation preferred.
- Talent Acquisition Expertise: Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for a range of professional roles.
- Performance \& Coaching: Proficiency in performance frameworks and coaching practices to support leadership effectiveness.
- Policy Ownership: Experience developing and interpreting HR policies with legal and cultural alignment.
- Training \& Development: Ability to identify learning needs, support development planning, and facilitate access to training resources.
- Project \& Program Management: Ability to lead and execute cross-functional HR initiatives.
- HR Business Partnering: Strategic and consultative approach to supporting senior leadership.
- Results-Oriented: Strong follow-through, ability to prioritize, and focus on outcomes.
- Analytical Thinking: Able to interpret data, spot trends, and make recommendations.
- Collaboration \& Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Tech Skills: Comfortable with Excel (reporting and tracking), PowerPoint (creating and presenting), and HR data analysis.

- Advanced Excel \& PowerPoint Skills: Pivot tables, data visualization, and presentation mastery.
- Corporate HR Experience: Prior work in corporate, professional service, or head office settings.
- Change Management Experience: Exposure to HR transformation or change initiatives.
