What the Role Entails:
- In collaboration with the corporate leadership teams, maintain an effective relationship to support each leader of the teams, knowing their business and needs.
- Be responsible for coordination of resources to support reporting, presentation and updates on initiatives continuously seek solutions to achieve objectives, meet deadlines and support the organization's roadmap.
- Actively participate in the team's strategic planning.
- Liaise with multiple departments to attain holistic perspective
- Willing to consistently educate yourself on the latest trends in insurance, the economy and technology
- Apply influence and negotiation to gain support of cross functional teams
- Analyze and summarize information in presentations for leadership
The Successful Candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related management work experience.
- Project Management Professional certification an asset or willing to obtain.
- Chartered Insurance Professional Certification (CIP) or strong knowledge of PL/CL insurance.
- Strong collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders across the company.
- Passionate: Inspiring and engaging people, you can effectively manage priorities with tight timelines
