About the Role: Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation, production and execution of Tonic Bar menu items according to detailed recipes and instructions
- Receiving and storage of deliveries as related to the production kitchen and 3rd party suppliers
- Effective storage, management, and rotation (FIFO) of all products
- Cleaning, sanitation and maintenance of kitchen equipment and food production spaces
- Strict adherence to health and safety guidelines as related to food safety and safe workplace environments
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience
- Strong understanding of food safety and public health practices
- Ability to execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task when required
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully and work well with others
- Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Food Handlers Certification is preferred but not required
