Position OverviewYou will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to support strategic partner relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams such as Brand Marketing, Analytics, and Strategic Partnerships to ensure that campaigns meet KPIs and business goals. You will also provide strategic guidance on creative development, segmentation, channel strategy, and budget allocation.
Key Responsibilities:Work cross-functionally to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, and targeted channels aimed at customer acquisition and retention. Ensure marketing calendars and execution plans are aligned with partner goals, providing regular updates and insights to the broader team. Drive efficiencies by implementing automation and optimizing campaigns with data-driven insights.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with partners, ensuring satisfaction with creative products, campaign performance, and optimization efforts. Contribute to long-term strategic planning by maintaining an in-depth understanding of partner needs, business objectives, and market trends. Work with a small team focused on end-to-end campaign execution and client management excellence.
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven project management skills with the ability to multitask and collaborate across teams to deliver omni-channel marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies, with a focus on loyalty programs (experience in this space is a plus).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally. Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data and optimize strategies.
