Overview
- Contribute to the development of strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock value
- Develop working relationship with internal stakeholders, and act as trusted and reliable partner who can act independently
- Own KPIs across team, monitoring performance and reporting
- Monitor competitive intelligence and progress against objecitves to ensure competitive differentiation
- Lead team meetings, managing agendas and creating presentations
- Independently identify issues in defined area of analysis, and structure and synthesize own analysis to highlight relevant findings

- Strong PowerPoint skills, ability to develop compelling presentations is a must
- Proactive, independent thinker, not afraid to ask questions, challenge status quo and seek solutions that balance multiple points of view.
- Enthusiastic team member, eager to partner with stakeholders to gather information and ensure alignment
- Expertise with reporting tools (Salesforce, Tableau, etc)
- Highly effective communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Proven track record working managing reports, KPIs, roadmaps, key deliverables
- Passion for being a part of a team and collaborating

- Ability to identify problems, brainstorm and analyze answers, and implement the best solutions
- Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties
- Relevant industry expertise
- Develop compelling content, presentations about our benefits, product strategy and roadmap
- Ensure that reporting systems are accurate and up to date (Salesforce, Tableau, etc)
- Develop comprehensive monthly analysis of KPIs deriving insights and making recommendations, based on data from multiple sources
- Ensure cadence of performance reviews with external providers is executed as planned, create template, and ensure they are filled and accurately reported
