Description: About us: Your opportunity: Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing detailed information to students on program and/or course requirements
- Responding to enquiries within the defined scope of the role and redirecting as appropriate
- Disseminating program and/or service information
- Coordinating program schedules with stakeholders
- Editing content for brochures, newsletters, websites and/or handbooks
- Determining logistical details and activities for events and/or programming
- Liaising with stakeholders to coordinate space and resource requirements
- Updating and maintaining records
Essential Qualifications:

Advanced College Diploma (3 years) or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.

Minimum two years of related work in a university setting, providing front-line administrative support to academic programs, and responding to undergraduate students inquires.

Experience responding to student and staff inquires on a variety of academic matters, and redirecting where appropriate.

Experience interpreting and applying university policies and procedures (e.g. Code of Student Conduct; FAS Rules and Regulations; Academic Calendar)

Demonstrated experience coordinating course and exam schedules

Experience updating and maintaining databases and websites

Experience coordinating events and program logistics

Excellent computer skills. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint), experience with ROSI, ROSI Express, Quercus, Course Information System (CIS), eMarks, Crowdmark and Degree Explorer, or similar student based platforms is essential

Experience providing general administrative skills such as maintaining records, disseminating information, scheduling appointments, and taking meeting minutes
