Description: About us: Your opportunity: Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting complex computer system problems.
- Testing and analyzing new and upgraded software and/or hardware.
- Tracking service metrics to inform continuous service improvements.
- Installing and configuring endpoint devices with applied security measures
- Troubleshooting and resolving system, network and/or server problems
- Troubleshooting printing infrastructure issues while ensuring normal operations and continuous improvement
- Monitoring the performance and integrity of underlying systems and infrastructure
- Conducting detailed analysis of system performance to inform management decision making
Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in computer science or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.

Minimum five years experience with Microsoft inTune
-
Minimum five years experience with PowerShell Scripting, software packaging, and deployment techniques

Minimum five years experience with Identity and Access Management

Strong knowledge managing devices in a computer lab setup - both virtually and physically

Demonstrated ability to implement best practices in securing the infrastructure and end points

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure

Strong writing and verbal communication skills

Strong customer service skills

Effective problem solving skills

Able to work concurrently on multiple projects, adjust to occasional changes in priorities and respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
