What you will be doing:

Supporting current Licensing Services projects within the DPS

Gathering and documenting Agile artifacts including themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Assisting teams in decomposing existing requirements into actionable Agile elements

Facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting team alignment on story points and sprint goals

Supporting both development and QA teams in executing to defined criteria

Educating stakeholders and team members on Agile processes and artifacts

Enhancing communication between technical and business teams to ensure clarity and alignment
What you must have:

7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technical and application development settings

2 years working in Agile development environments

Understanding of use cases and process documentation best practices

Strong facilitation, communication, and analytical skills

Ability to translate business needs into clearly defined requirements
