Organizing audio visual collections for transfer to cold and cool storage
Weeding unprocessed university records
Rehousing glass slides and negatives
Identifying and rehousing nitrate negatives
Assistance with reference enquiries

Skills:

Demonstrated ability to use judgment and apply effective investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others in a team environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Work and/or research experience in archives and special collections would be an asset
Knowledge of legacy audio/visual formats and other specialized media would be an asset
Demonstrated ability to use and learn a variety of software and online tools
