The Opportunity
As our Lead Cabinet Installer, you'll be a key player in our team---working directly with clients, interpreting detailed drawings, helping with material and design selections, and leading the installation of custom cabinetry. We're looking for someone who is not only experienced, but also excited to take ownership of projects and help deliver exceptional results.

What you bring...
- Proven experience in cabinet installation (3+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of woodworking tools, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings and blueprints
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Interpret cabinet design drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with clients on design and material selections
- Lead and execute cabinet installations with precision and professionalism
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
