About The Job
Main Responsibilities Strategic Account Management
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize vaccine uptake through retail/travel and wholesale channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with provincial and national vaccine distribution centers
- Lead complex contract negotiations with national accounts
- Develop and manage annual sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic business plans
Program Development \& Implementation
- Collaborate with pharmacy banners to implement innovative retail programs
- Support private market vaccine launches through targeted retail initiatives
- Implement digital strategies to enhance vaccine awareness and accessibility
- Establish KPIs and tracking mechanisms to measure program effectiveness
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work collaboratively across teams to align and implement strategic objectives
- Conduct market analyses to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
- Identify strategic opportunities to enhance business growth
About You Qualifications: Required Experience \& Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales or key account management experience, preferably in vaccines
- Proven success in developing innovative retail programs and strategic initiatives
Knowledge \& Skills
- Strong understanding of Canada's retail pharmacy and vaccine distribution landscape
- Demonstrated understanding of healthcare economics and pharmaceutical distribution systems
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with measurable outcomes
- Understanding of Canadian vaccine regulations and compliance standards

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Ability and willingness to travel nationally
- Proven ability to lead change initiatives within complex healthcare environments

- Bilingualism (English/French)
- MBA or advanced degree in healthcare management
