Develop the long-term vision and strategy for Stripe's OCS merchant experience for payment methods, prioritize accordingly, and create an execution roadmap

Deeply understand our users' needs by spending time with developers, sales, and support, and by observing patterns/trends across their feedback and the market

Set the pace, prioritization and execution for the team

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Operations
Who you are Minimum requirements

Brings 8+ years of experience in a product management role

Has partnered closely with engineers and designers to build products (especially front end surfaces) and complex systems at scale

Has an obsession with product quality and an eye for design

Has the ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility

Brings a desire for continuous product improvement and can optimize for shipping a portfolio of small, medium, and large releases

Has strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
