Current registration with a Registered Nursing regulatory authority and eligible for registration in the Yukon.

Demonstrated experience leading or implementing a change in practice or quality initiatives

Demonstrated experience of quality assurance, quality control and quality improvement in a health care setting.

Considerable experience compiling, interpreting, and presenting data

Experience creating and providing training including coaching and mentoring

Knowledge of Clinical Nursing Standards, best practices, and scopes of practice Knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, and quality improvement with regard to medication and personal care to residents and clients
