Position Overview Experience

Two years work experience with adults with severe and persistent mental health illness.

Experience in provision of education and support in the community to individuals who struggle with mental health issues.

University or College education in human services, other disciplines, or high school diploma and related training.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated skills and competence to establish supportive, trusting relationships.
- Skills in assessing, planning, development and coordination of support services.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle required.
- Adheres to all safety and health regulations and safe work practices.
- May be required to perform other duties and functions related to this job description not exceeding above stated skills and capabilities.
