In this temporary position, you will intake timesheets, enter time records, answer time entry questions and partner with various HR and business teams. As a member of our high-performance time administrator team, you will ensure our workforce is paid accurately and on time.
Minimum Requirements:
- Two years of timekeeping or related payroll experience
- A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Working proficiency with the Microsoft Office enterprise suite of tools (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Demonstrated prioritization skills with the ability to handle competing deadlines and the initiative to follow through on complex issues
- Experience with Power BI and Power Query is considered an asset
Responsibilities:
- Organize your day around the intake and entry of timesheets into our timekeeping system.
- Ensure time entered is compliant with relevant collective bargaining agreements, privacy legislation, established internal controls, and Suncor processes.
- Triage anomalies in time recording and provide exceptional customer service with affected leaders and employees.
- Other support duties as required.
Location and other Key Details:
- You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 -- 6th Ave SW or our Hardin Street Building located in Fort McMurray.
- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, in office, Monday to Friday.
- This is a temporary position for a period of 6 months.
