Job Description: Responsibilities

Liaise with business stakeholders to understand the range of agreements in place
Develop a streamlined process for managing agreement processes
Collaborate with procurement partner to establish a central repository for all agreements
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Teams for administrative tasks
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain updated records in the CRM system
Provide project support and work effectively with different stakeholders
Assist in administrative procedures and tasks as required
Manage purchase orders and other procurement-related tasks
Leverage strong communication skills to address inquiries and resolve issues
Maintain a team-focused approach in all tasks and interactions.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role within the Health Pharm/Biotech industry.
Proficiency in using CRM software for client management and data entry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with team members and vendors.
Experience with procurement processes, including vendor management and negotiation.
Competency in database administration, ensuring data accuracy and security.
Experience in managing purchase orders, from creation to delivery follow-up.
Proven track record in providing administrative assistance, including scheduling, correspondence management, and documentation.
Knowledge of administrative procedures within the Health Pharm/Biotech industry.
Strong data entry skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed.
